Mentors Without Borders identifies those businesses that still want to carry on and negotiate with suppliers for activation stock or financial support that can be given to the entrepreneurs to sell. Mentors Without Borders will issue assessment form for entrepreneurs to fill in order to do needs analysis. Entrepreneurs will be matched with relevant suppliers. The organization will offer advisory and mentorships services for a period of three months, thereafter monitor the progress of the business going forward. The program is called Entrepreneurship Journey Recharge Drive
Supply Chain Activation Programme is meant to connect entrepreneurs with suppliers. Due to current status where many entrepreneurs may not afford to buy stock be it cash or on credit, Mentors Without Borders negotiate with suppliers to make stock of the minimum value of R5 000 as way of contributing towards resuscitating the business, in doing entrepreneur will continue to buy additional stock from the supplier. Selection criteria
The business must have a proof of existence before COVID-19
It must have a proof of purchase from the supplier it needs assistance from
It must have proof that it once sold the products from the supplier
It must show financial recording ability
The business owner must be full time in the business
Priority is given to business already on suppliers database
The business must show proof of market
Entrepreneurs Selection Process
The organization makes a call according to sectors the select qualifying Entrepreneurs
The selection is through assessment and evaluation based on the submitted information
Once selection is done entrepreneur is notified about the process of finding suppliers
Suppliers Selection Process
Suppliers are looked for based on the needs of the entrepreneurs
In the event that suppliers come forward and partner with the organization, then the entrepreneurs is looked for who matches the support by supplier.
Value Proposition
The entrepreneurs is encouraged to buy the stock from the suppliers going forward.

Reporting to Suppliers
There are weekly and monthly reports by entrepreneurs on their activities.
Mentors without Borders gives monthly reports of the business activities.
Entreprenuers Sustenance Support
The organisation does collect food parcels and donations for Entrepreneurs who are unable to support their families due to COVID-19. The donations are collected from donors or delivered to the organisation's address or as per arrangement.
